This meeting will launch PAGES' LandCover6k Working Group.
The aims of the meeting are to:
i) clearly define the aims of the working group,
ii) describe the work itself with its different tasks depending on the regions,
iii) organize the working group into well-functioning "regional sub-groups" (with one or two coordinators per subgroup) and how these subgroups will drive the work.
iv) plan the years 2015-2017 in terms of work milestones, workshops, meetings, and conferences
